Role: Facilities and Service Development Manager
Salary: Point 33 £21,496 per annum (FTE £28,406 per annum)
Hours: 28 hours per week (FTE 37 hours per week) worked flexibly each week, including the requirement for out of hours working
Contract Length: Permanent subject to continued funding
To be accountable for a safe, clean and secure working environment and that the building(s) and grounds are in a suitable condition to work, at all times To oversee the safety and maintenance of the building and premises and ensuring that these properties are in compliance with all applicable regulations including health and safety, environmental and security. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the buildings and premises as required to ensure a safe, functional and appealing space.
To identify and work towards opportunities for generating and maximising income in relation to venue hire, and the provision of services, and to be responsible for the logistical and contractual arrangements and requirements for allocated events, whilst controlling and minimising costs to the Charity.
