Base Location: The Bridge, St Marks Road, Tipton
Salary: £22,577 per annum, rising to £24,053 on 01/04/2025
Hours: 37 hours per week
1 x 37 hour post to be worked Monday to Friday
3 x 37 hour posts to be worked over 7 days including evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
Contract: Permanent
Main duties will include operation of administrative support systems including the maintenance of service databases, collating data and producing monitoring and evaluation reports, have regular telephone contact with service users and organising and supporting activities and events were necessary.
You must be an effective and empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work independently and flexibly as well as part of the wider team. Proven similar administrative experience is essential for this fast-paced role.
