Job Title: Operations and Development Executive

Salary: £39,740 FTE per annum

Location: Tipton, West Midlands

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent subject to funding

We are a charity that exists to transform lives through delivering impactful services across Sandwell and the surrounding areas. We work collaboratively with public, private and voluntary organisations, educational settings and other partners to design and deliver sustainable innovative solutions to improve the lives of children, families, young people and adults from early years to end of life care.

We are currently growing our services, building on over 25 years of experience of serving our local communities and this role is pivotal in the delivery, impact and overall success of a portfolio of programmes. The post holder will lead teams to meet ambitious targets and timescales, whilst developing and implementing strategies for synergy across programmes to create wider operational improvements to support new business opportunities.

If you have experience of managing multiple programmes at a senior level, then this could be the role for you.
