Service Development Manager (Children & Young People)

£35,240 per annum 37 hours per week to be worked flexibly

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and high profile role. Murray Hall Community Trust is undertaking ambitious transformation and quality improvement initiatives. These support the drive for improvements in quality and efficiency across both the operational and support functions of the organisation.
The post holder will provide expertise, advice and change leadership skills to operational services to facilitate service-led transformational change. There is significant focus on representing the Trust in development of its Children and Young People services and the opportunity to support other service improvement programmes and projects linked to the Trusts operational delivery. The role will also be pivotal in supporting the Trust at a partnership level building key relationships with local authority, CCG and other locality based stakeholders.
The post holder will be required to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including the executive management team, team managers, front line staff, service users and carers, service leads, funders and commissioners.
Key to success will be the ability to actively engage with stakeholders across all settings and utilise Quality Improvement methodologies. The post holder must also be able to negotiate, develop and implement workable plans that will result in innovative changes that are sustainable for the future and support the delivery across Sandwell and the surrounding boroughs.
