Creative Coping

Creative Coping is designed for children aged 6+ who don’t necessarily require 6 sessions of therapy or counselling but those who would benefit from learning about different coping strategies to help them cope with some difficult things they may come across on a day to day basis.
The idea of our Creative Coping group is to allow children to make their own Coping Box which will include a variety of different creative arts, all designed as ways in which to help manage their emotions and feelings.

For more information or to refer a child please contact Kelly Freeman on 01902 826 306.
