Our Community Development Worker Katrina This programme focuses on the different methods of promoting more connected communities. This is achieved through community participation and involvement. Encouraging community members to be partners with decision makers to co-design programmes that will enhance their families and connect the communities in which they live. The aim:To form connections with community members so they are able to connect with each other.Contribute to fundamental changes that help to build better and more bonded communities. Help communities to identify their assets and capitalise on them for the best interests of their community. Help to promote social inclusion within communities.Promote communities to invest in building culturally cohesive communities. Shaping communities using the bottom-up approach, through empowering community members to contribute to the decision making in their own communities. Working today to build better more bonded communities for tomorrow
