Job Role: Monitoring Officer – Looking Forward

Salary: Scale 3 (£16,375 circa) pro rata

Hours: 18 hours per week (Tuesday 9am – 5pm, Thursday 9am – 3pm and Friday 12pm – 4.30pm)

Contract: Contract fixed term until August 2020 subject to continuation funding


Looking Forward is a service which seeks to improve the emotional resilience of vulnerable families (at risk of poor mental health) who fall below the threshold of mental health statutory services. The service seeks to improve the wellbeing of children and young people who have a history of domestic violence, abuse, separation and loss.

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to responsible for the project monitoring, including developing and strengthening monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures, producing quarterly reports and undertaking some general admin duties.  You must be an effective and empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
