Manjula has extensive experience working with a community development approach within small community-based charities as well as the international charity Save the Children. She joined Murray Hall Community Trust in 2001 to establish an innovative service responding to the needs of people living at home toward the end of their lives. This led her to study compassionate communities and has a PhD in health and social sciences. She now leads the charity which has a diverse scope of supporting children, young people, families and adults, building community resilience and improving health and wellbeing.
