Compassionate Conversations

At Murray Hall, we understand that grief comes in many shapes and forms, and it can often leave us feeling isolated. That’s why we’ve created a new support group dedicated to anyone living with grief, a safe, welcoming space where you can come as you are.

Whether you want to simply listen or share your own story, you’re welcome here. Sometimes just hearing others who understand can be comforting, and you never know when your story might help someone else.

The group meets on the third Friday of every month. Feel free to pop in from 9:30am for some free tea and toast at our Community Cuppa before joining Jean and Rabia in a relaxed, comfortable environment.

If you’re feeling a bit nervous or would like to find out more before attending, please don’t hesitate to call us on 01902 826 513. We’re here to support you.
