Inspire to Independence (ITI)

ITI -Inspire to Independence support group for young people with long term or life limiting illnesses 16 years plus. Meetings are at The Bridge every Tuesday afternoon 1.30 – 4.30.


Enjoying social conversation, peer support, creative sessions including photography, art, planning outings, motivation and coaching sessions. The group are in the process of designing large canvases using abstract designs to display within our building. The group have staged an art show, sold some of their art work to finance the continuing supply of art materials.


Anyone can refer a young person to the group as long as they have a long term or life limiting condition. The sessions are free, the young person is expected to arrange their own transport and carers if needed. Refreshments are available.
