Salary: | £50,122 per annum |
Hours: | 37 hours per week |
Contract: | Permanent (subject to funding) |
The Operations Development Executive & Deputy CEO will provide strategic leadership, operational direction and management to programmes within a changing portfolio of services and will be accountable for the achievement of agreed contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and agreed financial performance. The strategic leadership provided by this role is essential to Murray Hall Community Trust creating impact and meeting its mission of transforming lives by successfully delivering programme aims and objectives. The role holder will be expected to uphold Murray Hall Community Trust’s values in the design, delivery and leadership of programmes.
